Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we only receive the information you choose to submit.
- Professional identity and contact details.
- Company, job title and location.
- Relevant channels, estimated volume, timeline and description of your requirements.
- Technical data required to secure and operate the service.
Why we use this data
The information is used to answer and qualify your request, prepare a relevant demonstration or project scope, and secure the form. It is not used for unrelated prospecting.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorized BRAIN Technology personnel and technical providers required to host the site or deliver the request. When an international transfer applies, the safeguards and formalities required by applicable regulation are implemented.
Retention period
Requests and related exchanges are kept for the time required to process them, then for no longer than 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship requires a different period.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may request access, rectification or object to the processing of your data. Email lina@braingentech.com and include the address used in the form. You may contact the CNDP if a request remains unresolved.
Cookies and local storage
This site currently uses no advertising cookies or marketing analytics. Strictly functional local storage only remembers that you dismissed the privacy notice. If non-essential tools are added, consent will be requested first.
